These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CleanCanvas mobile application (“App”). By using CleanCanvas, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

CleanCanvas is designed to help you manage and clean your photo and video library. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any deletion of photos or videos. CleanCanvas provides recommendations, but all final decisions remain under your control.

Your Data

All media processing is performed on your device. CleanCanvas does not store or access your data outside your device. However, you are responsible for ensuring that you do not delete important content unintentionally.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

CleanCanvas may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Limitation of Liability

CleanCanvas is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data, accidental deletion, or damages resulting from the use of the App.

Service Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
