By accessing or using CleanCanvas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
CleanCanvas provides tools to help users manage and clean their photo and video libraries on iPhone and iPad. The service includes duplicate detection, large file identification, and smart cleanup recommendations.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the photos and videos you choose to delete using CleanCanvas. While we provide tools and recommendations, the final decision to delete any item rests with you. We recommend maintaining a separate backup of important memories.
4. Intellectual Property
The application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of CleanCanvas and its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CleanCanvas, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, resulting from your use of the service.
